I had to throw this one in. I am still laughing every time I see it! XD
This only makes sense if you know how serious Chris is about his calve game. He's serious!! :)
This really was an amazing day for all involved. Thank you to all the friends and family of Lauren and Kory that helped make the day so awesome and easy and amazing! Thanks Lauren and Kory for being beautiful people inside and out. It really was my pleasure to be involved. I look forward to seeing you two grow together over the years. ~Lorraine~

]]>Lauren really wanted to spring feel for her photos. We waited patiently for the dogwoods and tulips to pop, and we set a date! It turned out to be a gorgeous afternoon. We were so blessed.
Broadripple became a no brainer, since Lauren and Kody Cory spend so much of their free time together there. They showed me some of their favorite lunch and date night spots as we zigzagged through Bripple. We were able to get some great springy shots along the monon, as well as some more urban-type shots on and off the strip.
You can tell these two are best friends when you meet them. Their love and commitment to family is inspiring, and I am so very excited to get to share their special day with them in September. Thanks Lauren & Kory!
"Engagement Sesh Fuel" thanks B.R.I.C. :D
Outside B.R.I.C. ready to roll!
Kory (Cody) & Lauren right off the Monon. The bustle of a Sunday in Bripple seems miles away. (But really its mere feet!)
..just a little walk through the quaint streets of Broadripple.
I LOVE a good Black & White conversion. Sometimes color can distract from the most beautiful part of a captured moment. In this case, I think the beauty is the wrinkling noses of 2 people still giddy about each other. LOVE!
Every door should be red & every wall should be brick. ..just saying.
Kory Cody & Lauren in front of more brick. I LOVE BRICK!
They suggested doing a little dance practice. I was like "YES! Great idea!"
The color of this cute little shop caught my eye, but Black & White won me over when it got down to processing this one.
I always like to take a few shots that highlight the "bling," Its such an exciting part of the engagement process, and I like to think it will be fun to look back on it 30 years from now and think about how much your hands have aged under that ring thats still there.. through the thick and thin.
This was our last stop as we worked our way back to where we started that day. One last shot or two under the golden sunset before we called it a day.
